I have issues with my account money is going missing... Every time i call Nedbank i get put on hold for long periods of time! I am work, i can not be holding the line for over 10 minutes at a time. To make it worse all the people that put me through say, "NO don't worry they wont take long to answer."

I mean when i walked into a Nedbank branch in Sunward park, in the east rand, I spent 30 minutes in a line all i wanted to do was collect my card. Now This, to add insult, SMS notifications do not come in when transactions are made, even though i made sure they were activated!

This is bull, yet when Nedbank want their money they will hound you like dogs, but they can not get basic operational systems and structures working efficiently!

NEDBANK (BEEPBANK) YOU ARE A JOKE!
