Absolutely disgusting service - a lesson learnt

My vehicles battery died and could not start my car on Friday, 28th June and called Dial direct for assistance. After four hours someone had come so unprepared to charge the car with no necessary equipment and had no knowledge of what he was doing and was not able to charge it but instead damaged my car, with a flickering light coming up on the dash board, leaving my key stuck in the ignition and an unknown orange engine sign came up on the dash board. He just left thereafter not telling me anything and leaving me with the damage at 09:15pm at night. I contacted the call centre again and spoke to two supervisors but no one was able to assist me when one of their guys damaged my vehicle. Finally they were going to send a BMW technician but wanted me to incur the cost of R400 for the call out which I refused to pay. I am still sitting with the problem, my vehicle is of no use and still this morning no one is able to assist me. I have been making numerous calls and the supervisors are unhelpful. Why should I bare the circumstances of the damage which they have caused to me. I just want my vehicle sorted out today or I will go to the Ombudsman with a formal complaint. Resolve this today
