I have been trying to get RCS to remove the from my account since 14/03/2013. Made all attempts to rectify the account by faxing documents and still no Help. Every time you call you speak to a so called Supervisor but they never keep to any arrangements, they never call you back. And they still have the guts to call me to say I am outstanding on my account and threaten me with legal action.
I still have no idea on how all this is possible as no one can give me any feedback.
