I have had the misfortune of dealing with MBD Inc for 4 years now,
& they keep phoning / sms me at all times of the day. I think it's time for legal action against them.
MTN account which i had in my name. At numerous amount of time, it was breach by MTN themselves.
I had call limit restriction in place. Which was ignore after several calls made to them to rectify.
Then it landed up by MBD inc. The lady i dealt with. I had explained my circumstances to her.
As I am unemployed. She said she would leave my account at set amount 'X' with no interest.
Just start to make payment. Which I have been merrily paying my account off.
I queried for break of payments on many occasions and what is owed.
To discover recently, my account has been tripled in price and even more to be paid back.
It was also mention to me that I only recently started.
This is unacceptable. No investigation, no response, just threats and legal action against me sms's.
As I tried to pay in the most I can afford at times. This is result of communication.
It has been a battle. This has affected my credit and I will consider
legal action. Harrasment.
