I received a letter from J M Attorneys that my dad owes Cell C R599.84. They threaten to attach his property to pay the account in full. It's a JOKE!!! My dad past away on 23 September 2010!! Almost 3 years ago!! His death was registered in the newspapers by our attorneys. The estate was closed more than a year ago!! I faxed his death certificate to J M Attorneys twice in 2 months and i still receive this letter and then they still put on the letter that the letter is costing me R37.34. When i called i spoke to Kgomotso, who is so rude and then i asked to speak to the supervisor. I was holding for 7 min. I put the phone down and phoned back and spoke to a team leader called Janine who was even less helpful. Get competent people to work in your call centre and get your facts together before you send out threatening letters!!! And do me a favor please. Send the sheriff out to attach the property because if your are looking for a property in my dad's name you are going to look for a very long time. I'm not faxing any more documents to anyone. So if you don't like it, let's see each other in court!! I'm fed up with your threatening letters!!! IF YOU WANT TO TAKE ACTION, DO IT!!!
