Unexplainable deductions

I feel so helpless. On the 21st after complaining about the unexplainable deduction that was made by FNB from my account the a lady called Esther phoned me confirming that they did not collect money for the smart device for April and May 2013 and she further said they deducted an extra R265.00 in error and that they will refund me the same day but needless to say as with all the empty promises they make the refund never happened so I just left it thinking it will cover for this month. BUT GUESS WHAT!!! On the 25th they tried to deduct another R265.00 although they had already collected in advance by failing to refund me. I really fail to believe that they did not collect for April and May given the fact that this account on the 25th was paid in advance because they retained my refund. It looks like a left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I stay in hope that MAYBE one day someone will help to sort out this account. My biggest fear is a month later they will claim that they never collected for June conveniently forgetting that they retained my R265.00 and that covers for June payment. WHAT A MESS!!!
