I have always enjoyed banking with FNB and also enjoy using FNBs e wallet benefit and I also take time to compliment their staff when they have given me good service.

However, all that changed this morning when I tried to use your e wallet service at Pinetown Crest, Pinetown KZN. While I was withdrawing an amount of money there was technical problem with the ATM my money did not come out but the slip indicated that there was an amount that had been withdrawn, I spoke to Thabo who indicated that they were working on the machine while I was effecting the withdrawal hence the reason I did not get the money and he would check with someone if I could get my money back. I then pointed out to Thabo that I had a meeting at 10h30 in Durban and would need to be advised how long it would take to resolve the matter, Thabo indicated I should come back after 10 minutes which I did do. Thabo indicated that the mistake had been picked up but I should speak to his superior, Nasreen Joikot, who is the rudest woman I have ever encountered, she did not introduce herself and she never gave me an opportunity to speak and raised her voice arrogantly towards me in front of other clients. PLS HELP
