Account never closed as requested

I have decided because of poor service to close all my accounts (credit card and cheques account). On 20th of December I went to Fourways Branch (Fourways Boulevard) to close my accounts and I even get a SMS to confirm that my accounts are about to close. On the 31st of January a debit order went of from Vodacom which should happened? Now my account is heaping up bank costs? Why is my accounts not closed as I requested them to do?

I went to meet Thabo Mokonoto at the Midrand branch and I agreed to pay R 1031.28 for the devit order but I refuse to pay any heaped up bank costs. Since that day nothing has been resolved and Thabo assured me that everything will be resolved. I have requirements from homeloans to lower my premiums and how about I should go to withdraw some of my savings from my homeloan account if I might need money. Still today I never had a answer for my questions?

I am deaf and it appears that the only way Standard Bank has to solve problems is to call their customers. This will never work for me as it seems that employees of Standard bank is too lazy to send emails as this is my preferred method of communication.
