Friday the second i went to Capitec Dube Branch to renew my card and did some transfer to other banks, later in the afternoon i received an sms saying (please note that your incontact service has expired however our consultant will contact you to update. then they provided the numbers to call if we have any queries 0860102043 of which its capitec number. in 5 minutes a so called consultant called what was amazing he varified my banking details and id numbers. when i woke up Saturday morning my cell phone sim card was not working i called Vodacom they said the was a sim swap on my phone, when i called the bank with the same number i got from sms it was like they were waiting for my call hallo sorry mam its a your money is gone we've been getting such complains we are aware we are trying to investigate go to the branch. i went to the branch did all whats need to be done police station also. today the 7th i received a call from Capitec sorry Miss Chauke your happened through mobile banking we cant help you and we wont pay your money back. When i ask them about the insurance they said it only pays when its their fault.
