No reliability no urgency

Ever since there was activity on my credit card of which the culprits were never identified or revealed to me over two months ago. I have been waiting for the delivery of my credit card to the branch of most convinience to me. A private banker I spoke to told me my card was ready for collection at the said branch. I arrived there a week later to collect my card low and behold, my card was not there, what a big surprise. The service is so poor I'm not surprised. I am still waiting for reasons why some of my debit transactions are not smsed to me!
