FNB Division terrible service

I got by a. The guy deposited R28000 into my account via a cheque on 20/06/2013. I went on internet banking and I saw that the R28000 reflected in my account balance so when he called to give me the details of the correct account that the amount was to go to, I transfered the R27965 into the Capitec Bank account. I called FNB Premier Suite, Agandran Naicker at 4pm to tell him to get that transfer blocked and he said that he will action FNB Division to block it. Since its and the me as a client called in to block the capitec acc, this should be done immediately. Whne I called the next day at 5am and then at 8:30am on 21/06/2013, I spoke to Sibusiso Nxumalo and remained on the call for 25 minutes until he got Capitec to Block that acc. Sibusiso said he will call me on the 21/06/2013 after he recieves the credit report from Capitec Bank as to the amount they can recover. He did not call me after promising to call me, I called him on the 22/06/2013 and he said only R7000 is recoverable. FNB is liable for my R27965 as their Division service is terrible because they didn't block the capitec acc when FNB premier suite actioned them to.
