I bought a smart phone last year. They duplicated the account at the bank. They deducted money for TWO phones.(R13000 instead of R6500) I called them many times, I wrote to them, I wrote on Hello Peter. They called me back once in 2 months. Every time they tell me the same thing . "a reversal has been sent". But nothing happens. The account stays there. They tell me to be patient. IN THE MEAN TIME THEY DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I CAN'T STOP IT
If I leave it they will keep on taking money till the phone is paid.
