Hi, I would like to start by saying that thanks to FNB my money is probably long gone by now
It started last week friday when i was into transfering money to a account for goods purchase, which never arrived. I straight away called the fnb helpline to assist but after waiting 10 minutes each time i called only to be told that its not that departments problem or given the exact same number i dialled earlier and got their number, why is there no facility to stop these payments?? or hold them till a visit to the bank is availible? these guys have now had days to empty the account of my R6000 and get out of town, I was then sent documents to fill out and send back to the reversal department which i did, only to get a responce back that "sorry we cannot help you you have to contact ANOTHER DIVISION FOR THAT!!! can ANYONE in FNB do a dam reversal or is it just me waisting my time thinking ill get any money back?? if so ill be closing my account very soon as it seems keeping cash is still best
