I had a new meter installed and didn't realise I was still registered on the old meter number. Normally you wait days for someone to even return your e-mail. They immediately reply and gave me perfect instructions how to rectify this. As I am used to things going wrong I thought I would struggle to get my money (which I thought floating in syberspace) back / or the units I paid for. Within minutes everything was settled and I got my units. Thank you very much for your excellent service.
