On submission of previous Hello Peter complaint I received an email regarding the outstanding cashbacks from 2011. This email partially cleared up the issue, but not entirely. I then sent all the credit card statements relating this issue to Gisela as proof of the outstanding cashbacks.
As per my last email with accommopanying bank statements the following cashbacks are still outstanding:
Dec 2010
Jan 2011
May 2011
Last correspondence received from Discovery Card was 4 June 2013. Last correspondence I sent was 7 June 2013.
