I've been trying to log on to my cellphone banking for the past two days and i couldn't, also had a problem with my OTP number for months and it was not resolved, sent a complaint this morning and in less then 2 hours i received a call from Joyce Pooe who help me with this, Nkululeko as well from the Cellphone banking department. i wasn't expecting to get response today i thought it was going to take weeks but its resolved now and they explained to me why it was happening which is great!
