No One gets back to you when you do query, I have sent several requests and still no response, I am fed up.
I can't help feel that this is a deliberate move to frustrate me, I feel like being punished for being involved in an accident which was not my fault i thought my insurance was supposed to make my life easy but i think i was wrong or is it maybe i am with a wrong insurance company
