Lines were busy, message was taken and not even an hour later call was returned by Herman Venter, and what a pleasure it was to deal with someone with such a great attitude towards his work. Within 5 minutes of being on the phone, my claim had been submitted and paid to me. However, the bit that impressed me the most was his eagerness to assist me further by advsing me on whats wrong and right on my policy as well as quickly adding another item, it was a very painless process.
