Since I have submitted my claim on the 26 December 2013 till today I haven't received any feedback on the status of my claim from katlego.
I have been calling to make follow ups but not much has been done to ensure that my claim is resolved before my car hire runs out.
Katlego needs to get up to speed with his claims as this will end up affecting me financially should this not be resolved ASAP!
