Loan Detector is the most well disguised website that will unknowingly get you to authorise a R399 debit off your bank account and you will only become aware of the debit when its too late. Disguised as a loan assistance business but is actually a telephonic legal advise service. You requested to complete an online application for a loan with your banking details on it and on completion of the application you read a disclaimer and accept whats in the disclaimer, at no point are you directed to the terms and conditions which is cleverly hidden with the fine print at the bottom on their homepage. After completing the application you receive an sms asking you to deposit the money into their account but at no point do they tell you that you will be debited. If you do not accept the service you have a 7 day cooling of period and you can get your money back, this is yet to be proved because I am still awaiting my refund. The debit ref is cleverly disguised as LDiscovery and one with a Discovery account will easily miss that they have been debited by someone else. They will not disclose any info about who this company belongs to and will carry on leaching of desperate people. Be aware
