I really have to say a BIG thanks to Budget insurance for the way they handled my claim. This is the first time I'm with them and first time i ever claimed, the service was excellent. Maybe i have to say thanks to the consultant i delt with, Felicia Toll, she phoned me and informed me about my claims progress. I did not even have time to return her call when she again called back to ask for the necessary papers. To me this was "wow" how can a insurance company be just willing to pay for a claim, is it not a loss to them? Anyway thumps up.
