I have subitted a claim last week for my laptop. Been dealing with Felicia Toll who is the claim specialist at Telesure. She explained to me that I will get feedback by Tuesday the latest and she is very very helpful but I work in a very fast paste environment where I need my laptop mainly for work. I was mugged last week and the police is very helpful, but still, there is noting we can do, accept to claim.
I just don't understand why it takes so long for the claim to be finalized because I cannot continue with my work after hours and I do havce a lot of catching up to do.
Is there any way that you can provide me with a more speedy service because the time frame is making me stressed out and my laptop is my life.
I am a bit very disappointed in Dial Direct for taking so long.
