Bad service

On the 11th I recieved a transaction as expected from a friend which on the same day two transactions went through into my account one for R16360 at 11:46 and shortly after that at 11:54 another for R1500. To my surprise I found on the 25th (payday) I found that there was no money in my account when the very same day I recieved my salary sms. I then went to Fnb Jabulani mall I spoke to the branch manager who contacted Maja from olympus who very corky and unhelpful she said she will get the risk manager to contact me which did not happen. She did not acknowledge the fact that the fault was done by her staff but only tossed the blame on me stating that I should have gone to the bank and enquired but why was this not detected sooner. Im on -R6k overdraft at the moment we are not into the new month yet how does one live like this. How can we help you? I have not recieved any help at all from FNB and im disgusted by the level of service this bank offers. Its not my fault that money was transfered into my account!!!
