I recently financed a vehicle through MFC (a division of Nedbank). The deal was put together by Elize Grobler of Peter James Motor Group. I have two issues:
1. For over a week I have been trying to call the MFC contact center at 0860 879 900. Your calls just never get answered and they tell you to send an e-mail and they will respond within 24 business hours. I have sent e-mails and marked them for read receipt, they get read more than 24 hours later and nobody responds to me. I have read receipts from Bushy Modiselle [Email Removed] 05:13:21 pm) and Carin Slabbert [Email Removed] 12:42:57 pm). I called and mailed the agent who got the commission for the sale, but alas Elize Grobler took my call, read my mail and di nothing either [Email Removed] 6/25 11:22:45 am).
2. Part of the contract I signed with MFC inlcuded a statement that I did not want to be contacted to solicit sales of additional products and services. They acknowledged this by sending me a copy of the signed contract. But now they keep on calling me to sell their stuff that I don't want. The last was a call from Refilwe at 0879449000 on 21/06 at 10h55.
I want someone from MFC to call me.
