Intermittent service for over a week and NO help!

We have had a problem with our telkom line for a couple of months now, we were advised that the line was too noisy and so we downgraded from a 4 meg line to a 1 meg line. Now the line is intermittent, everyday for over a week from 13:00pm in the afternoon, it starts disconnecting and then it will connect for 5-10 minutes and disconnects again and this goes on until 12:00am. We have logged numerous faults with telkom and have called the call center to try and follow up and sort it out but the call center will tell us that there is nothing they can do because there has been a fault logged and that it is "with the technician" and then we get an sms saying that it has been rectified and then the next day it is back to square one. There is no one you can actually talk to to find out what is happening! So i e mailed Bongi from Bayside mall, CPT, [Email Removed] (where we signed up for the line) to see if she can help, i e mailed her twice yesterday and again today and no reply. My husband e mailed her as well today (we put a read receipt) and it came back stating that it was just deleted without being read. We are loosing money and business, we need it sorted out immediately!
