Policy Cancellation - Client Services

Good morning,

Over a period of time I took out 4 Nedbank policies - telemarketing specials for loyal clients. Early June 2013 we had a meeting with our broker / financial advisor to review our 'documents' etc. It was found that the Nedbank policies that I took out was already covered in my Old Mutual policy and my Company Pension Fund.

My first visit to Nedbank East Rand Mall was 11 June 2013. I had a formal letter thanking Nedbank for their "GREAT" service but i need to cancel the policies. The B/Manager gave me the details call / fax / e-mail info 0860 065 435 / [Email Removed] (they cannot assist at the branch, I do not know why) I do have the letter / ID etc as mailed to them, the e-mail delivery and read receipt BUT also the delete receipt. I contacted 0860 263 543. I went back to the branch, I called, I went back to the branch... We are now in November, still nothing. I moved office from BKS to Irene. I went to the Irene Branch, sorry, mail your request to [Email Removed] call 011 993 6618. HOW can you not assist?? Cancel, refund. I have given my notice to you on 11 JUNE 2013. What happened to your service???
