Yet again UNISA posted the incorrect reference number on the myUnisa site. As a result my books have been at post office all this while and no one could locate it because it was marked under a different reference number. This is the second time this year there was a mix up with my study material.
My point is why cant they give me the correct information and reference number in the first place instead of making me phone and find out from the Post office and then SecureMail? i have sent 3 emails to the despatch dept. of UNISA and not 1 response yet. I am a student paying for the service and education i am getting from the university. UNISA needs to realize they arent doing us students any favors by giving us correct information or answering emails. Its actually part of their service which we pay for! It is a distance learning institution and effective, accurate and timely communication is compulsory for effective student support. When will this university realize this? You cant expect students to delay their studies and run around for study material because your staff posted the incorrect information on the website. THIS IS NOT ON!
