I was wanting to obtain a settlement amount on a vehicle, and I swear I waited 45 minutes on the line and no one picked up.
I got so angry I put down the phone and tried two other numbers and yet still the same storey!
how can you run such a big business and have useless and incompetent staff that can not handle or answer the phones!
how do they get any work done? this is the worst service I have ever endured, im sure had they picked up the phone the service would have been even worse!!!
MFC call centre are useless and incompetent!!!
im so upset about this as I have to settle a car today and yet I cant even do that due to the fact I cant obtain an amount nor an account number to pay into!!!
should you be late on payment the call centre people are not scared to be rude and tell you that you have incurred more interest, but its because of them that you late on payment!!!
