FNB fails to deliver on Samsung galaxy s4 advert

Swapped banking from ABSA to FNB as per advertisement and special regarding changing accounts and recieve a samsung galaxy s4. I applied for it, and they said that yes I qualified for the special. So I changed from Absa to FNB. This was done on the 26th of May. We were told we can only receive our Smartphone once a debit order went off. FNB failed to get my salary transfered into my new account and all my debit orders bounced. I am still waiting for the phone to be delivered and am getting the run around and excuses without anyone getting back to me. This has been a big inconvenience and constant calling around for something that they should be doing as part of customer service. I dont know if its a big or what the actual problem is but have been waiting for over a month now and getting no closer to being resolved.
