I'm not ready to upfgrade to Windows 8

I am a middle class online banker with FNB South Africa. I have forever had windows 7 in my workstation and I'm very comfortable with it. I have done all my banking needs on windows 7. Suddenly, from nowhere, FNB tells me that I will not get access to my accounts with FNB online unless I upgrade to windows 8, right now! Now I have to pay $199 to get the windows 8 downloaded into my workstation. This is R2000 of the money I haven't budgeted for that I must fork out right away.
I think FNB has enjoyed so much success in the Retail market over the past few months using all innovative ideas to lure unsuspecting clientele, now they are showing their true colours.
