I was experiencing problems with my debit card over the weekend, with a transfer that didnt go through to my cheque account, and then not being able to draw money, or swipe my debit card, I knew something was amiss, so this morning, I received a call from the Standard Bank division, and spoke to a very friendly young lady called Khanyisile, WOW, it was fantastic for once to speak to a consultant that was willing to help, and was as friendly and as professional as what she was! with Service being a very hot subject in our country as it is, it was really refreshing to speak to someone who was as amazing as what Khanyisile was, I could hear her smile through the phone! What a difference this made... Thank you Khanyisile, your friendly and professional manner should not go unoticed! I will bank with Standard bank FOREVER!
