I would like to query my debit order that went off 3 times, i phoned Nedbank they telling me about 3-7working days which is not my fault and i still have more debit orders to go off who is gonna pay for my unpaids its not my fault that you took more than u were supposed to december i did not pay but i made an arrangement that in Jan half of the premium will be deducted which is R1325 the montlhy premium of R2650 instead they went into my bank account and took R7950 how am i supposed to survive i need my money back asap.(why must we make arrangements if u guys dont honour them)??? awaiting your response
