I have found a car at Reeds with I want. Reeds did send my application thru to West Bank. West Banks rates was to high and I got one for FNB with i was totally happy with.
I called FNB to find out what is happening with my application. FNB sends me to West Band and via almost for a hour because FNB cant accept the application because West Bank made the first quotation. In the end I am force to take West Bank offer with is to high because they cant cancel the application at FNB. Both banks tell me I need to go to a different Dealer but I am not willing because I am totally happy with a the car i choice.
All I wanted is the application with was approved by FNB and not by West Bank.
How can they force me to go to West Bank with has a higher interest rate?
Almost R700 different a month is a massive different.
