I applied online for a smart device which i got and was delivered cool then 3months later i have a look at my staement and i am paying for 2smart devices whic i only have 1 i queried this and was promised high and low i was sorted out i even got attitude from Nicolaai Justin saying that they have reversed my money today i get debited again for 2smart devices and whenever i call i hear the turn around time is 48hours this HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 3MONTHS I DONT KNOW WHAT ANYMORE... and i am a premier banking client am a sigle parent i just need my money back pls man
