I would like to know why it has taken Fnb longer than a month to respond to my complaint, that I am being charged for 2smart devices when I ONLY have 1 and I am paying insurance for 2 smart devices when I only have 1. WHEN I ONLY QUALIFIED for one. Clearly I am being defrauded by my bank. NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON... In the meantime I am paying and paying like a fool. I NEED ANSWERS FNB. I will give you 72hours to respond, then I am opening up a case against this generous bank that can just take my money without being able to tell me what's going on
