I put through a claim 2, 5 weeks back for my phone. Untity organised for someone to collect for repairs, which by default of putting a claim, and allowing them to take it, it obviuosly means I want it repaired. This meant that I had no alternate phone, and as such it is difficult to get hold of me. At every opportunity I got to check messages on other peopl'e phones, I realised I missed a call and i retuyrned their call. To which I was told there is no need to phone back as all they wanted to tell me was that my phone has been authorised for repairs and they told teh supplier to go ahead. A week later (week 2) I call the insurance since I am not getting any feedback, and the tele-broker tells me that they were still waiting for me to approve, so they have done nothing. SO 2, 5 weeks later, zero progress on the phone, I might just as well go repair it myself. There is abosoluetly no pro-activeness on Unity's part! They certainly dont miss an instalment ever, to the point that they will tell ou its even pro-rata'd on a month where you amend mid month. When it comes to service, they, big time!
