WHO'S MY MONEY &NO CALL CENTRE ASSISTANCE

Whilst checking my account I noticed 2 transactions on my Credit Card which both happened on the 18th of June, both in Fourways, both at Edgars.
1. I stay in Pretoria, never travel to Johannesburg, never shop in Johannesburg
2. I never use my credit card
3. Even if I wanted to, transactions fail when I swipe my credit card - I can only draw money from an ATM
4. I am still in posession of my credit card...(?!?!)
This then begs the question - who has the details of my card and where did they get it from?!?!?!
It cannot be that the details were by some individual in some store because, as I have said, I never use my card! In my opinion, this must be an ABSA employee...?!?!?

2nd Complaint - then I try to phone ABSA to report this, I phoned on 24 June at 21:30, immideately after finding out that someone had my money - and held the line for over 10 minutes!!! Only getting a constant message that "all our agents are busy" - whahahahaha!!! that is one laughable situation, wow! if all agents were busy, what indeed were they busy doing? tending to a whole lot of other people who's money had been? or sleeping?
