A year later FNB still gives me the run around

I had my hopes in FNB. I've been an FNB client for years, I'm a platinum account holder. FNB has been giving me the run around since last year. My family and I have endured so much emotional distress from dealing with FNB recently. Firstly they approved our building loan for 100%, they just as we were about to sign, they reneged on their offer and said they'll only give us 90% seeing that this is a building loan. We had to cancel the loan because we just don't have the R140 000 lying around. We ran around looking for a turnkey solution, when we finally found one, we went back to FNB for a new bond application, this time they approved the application but with a whopping 1.3% above prime whereas the previous rate was 0.3. Not only that, they won't even consider the option of extending our loan to 30 years. I just find this unjustifiable and evident of a bank trying to milk its loyal customers for what they are worth. They are simply refusing to negotiate. What good am I to them? Simply not impressed. Steve needs to know about this.
