I was told that my client appreciated the time and patience displayed by our Untiy underwriter. Cindy. My client is 59 and this is the first time she's taken out insurance or dealt with it having a learners license. The client understood everything and is greatful the underwriter took her time to explain the product and cover to her so that she could understand. Thank you and great work
