Cindy was extremely patient and helpful with the client cause he is a difficult one, she explained all the questions that he had to the best of her ability. She always managers to underwrite the clients as soon as the lead has been sent through. She is just amazing. The premium changed and increased but Cindy helped explain why to the client and he understood and still accepted the policy.
