Mr Mzimela was at the dealer and urgently needed his insurance arranged. I forwarded the quote to cindy who promptly assisted him. He didn't have his license long and was very 2 minded of paying the price for insurance. Once cindy spoke to him he understood the cover, premium and everything and to further assist he got all the relevenat details from toyota financial services and sent the noting of asap so the client could take his vehicle immediately.
