No service and Delivery from FNB

Although I hate to admit it but FNB is really losing focus on customer care and keeping to the word. Today is the 13th working day and still no sign of delivery of my handset ordered on the 02/01/2013. I called the call centre who had giving me Baypoint Africa number. When I called them the consultant said they didn't even receive the purchase order from FNB as yet. No one can seem the help me and it is costing me phone call upon phone call. Can someone from FNB who can actually help me plz give me a call and sort out.
