I instructed via netbank internet banking funds to be transferred from my savings account to my cheq, action date was the 21st, the money went form my savings to suspense, and now is lying their, after calling call centre again today, 22nd, the branch supposedly responsible to transfer my money, Kroonstd) did nothing, so funds needed for urgent stuff on the weekend, us lying in Nedbank, and I can do nothing. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I will remove my account from this bank and advice my friends and family of this.
