They still have not notified me as to whether the debit order for my homeloan has been moved to the new bank account yet.
Credit card account people were quick and sorted things out without issues, so why are the homeloan department so horrible to me all the time? Every interaction I have with FNB Homeloans honestly makes me feel like committing suicide... The only reason I haven't is because I have responsibilities to my wife... They don't communicate properly or seem to want to do their jobs properly and treat me like I'm meaningless...
