I submitted ALL the documentation required to change my debit order to a new bank account to consultant Yandisa Mdala who forwarded it onto another department QP1496160: Customer support request - Reference. 164022800. It then bounced around for a WEEK from department to department, because, quite clearly FNB is unable to do such a simple thing which takes 30 seconds at ANY OTHER INSTITUTION... Only for me to recieve and sms stating I must FAX documents... WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY DOCUMENTS THAT I SENT!? Can I not trust FNB with such a simple thing? You know what... you've left me no other choice... I have to change banks... I've received nothing but terrible service at FNB... you've had your chance...
