I moved from Satam to MyWay vehicle insurance. A few months with MyWay, I got a call from one of their sales representetives informing me that my monthly premiums would increase by about R120. She said this is due to the fact that my vehicle was not fitted with a anti-hijack device. I was not happy with this as it was never mentioned to me. On the 20/06/2013 I phone MyWay to cancel the vehicle insurance with them. I was put through Lemmy who is a Rention Analyst. I told him my reason for cancelling my insurance with them. He checked my profile, and asured me he would resolve the matter. He told my premiums will be reduced to the initial insurance qoute, I would be refunded the addition amounts I had to pay more. He asured me that the funds would be in my bank accont by the 24-25/06/2013.
