Bad service. Is my bond not big enough?

My new bond was approved ages ago but it seems that nobody employed can assist me to quicken the process of registration. I have provided me with a fax number but none of the operators in the call centre want to assist me. The insist on me faxing the documents. Please provide me with an email address to send the required cession form to complete my bond registration so that my attourneys can complete the transfer of my new house.
