Starting a business

I have started up a small trucking business and employed 4 staff. I applied to purchase a new horse as the old one is not reliable anymore
The banks come back and state that we need 12 months financials before they can approve.

Yet it is funny that you can bye a car for 1million rand that doesn't employ or bring a cent in and the bank will approve it

This country says create employment but how can we do that if the banks will not come to the party
