Early debit deduction and now in arrears

In September 2013, Nedbank was in Breach of contract by deducting my loan off my bank account approximately 1 week early. I contacted the call centre and asked the money be deposited back into my account & taken on the correct day. It was agreed. The new deduction for Sept was not done, which resulted I am now in arrears & being charged interest on this. I have been receiving calls from the call centre to which I explain every time the issue. One call was at 22h00 at night. I wrote to Nedbank & a Priti David responded to me saying that I will still be contacted as the account is in arrears. The deducted early due to a "Business Strategy". i was never informed that an early deduction would take place. Attached to the email is my contract in .tif format so its a picture and only 1 page. I receive a reply from her saying I MUST CHECK PROPERLY - its 16 pages. Where clearly its not. I have now cancelled my debit order and will be doing monthly EFTs but of course Mrs Priti David seems to be refusing to acknowlege or answer my requests such as the Personal Loans bank account details on a formal letterhead and a letter of apologies and notification of the cancellation of ITC.
