Waiting for log book

One week ago I called through to ABSA Vehicle Finance in order to settle the outstanding amount on a vehicle belonging to my brother. I was given the settlement amount and made payment on the 11 June. I then phoned through and spoke to the agent handling this account, who informed me she would request the documents and let me know when to expect the delivery of the log book. It is now 10 days later and I am still awaiting a phone call. I have tried to phone again, but after 10 calls to this number, that number etc etc etc, I still don't have an answer. When I eventually got through to the consultant handling this case, her line went straight to voicemail. I am extremely irate and would urgently like a response back as to when I can expect the log book.
